Your Right to Delete Your Data

At ASKQA, we respect your right to control your personal data. You can request complete deletion of all your personal data from our systems at any time — no questions asked.

What Data We Delete

• Your phone number and contact information
• Your message history and conversation logs
• Your recharge history and plan preferences
• Your wallet balance and transaction history
• Your language and service preferences
• All other personal data associated with your account

How to Request Data Deletion

Option 1 — Email

Send an email to askqaonline@hotmail.com with subject "Data Deletion Request" and your registered phone number.

Option 2 — WhatsApp

Send the message "DELETE MY DATA" to our WhatsApp AI — it will process your request automatically within 24 hours.

Processing Time

We process all data deletion requests within 30 days of receiving your request. You will receive a confirmation once your data has been permanently deleted.

Important Notes

• Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
• After deletion, you can still use ASKQA as a new user
• We may retain minimal data required by law for the legally required period

Facebook / Meta Data

If you accessed ASKQA through Facebook or Meta platforms, you can also use Facebook's data deletion tools in your Facebook account settings. We process any Meta deletion requests within 30 days.
